Staff was great! Room was upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean Airport shuttle was convenient. Buffet selection was incredible never used the pool or hotub but it was nice and private.

Room was nice and big. However, The faucet in the bathroom has a problem. The technician tried to fix it, but was not successful. He was apologetic and suggested for us to move to a different room. It was so nice of him and he really tried his best,several times, to fix the faucet, but to no avail. We do understand that, but we just decided to stay in the room since it’s already late. Our flight is early in the morning and we’re tired to move to another room with all our things. It would have been nice that they check the room first if everything is working, whoever is in charge, before they give it to the customers. Other than that, the staff are helpful and friendly. Good location; near the airport.

Great location …right across from the airport Great Breakfast…. Super comfy beds and the poutine at the restaurant was delicious Room a bit dated but price I paid was good 150.00 Canadian including taxes

We booked on line and paid the whole cost ahead and when we arrived we were told there was a parking fee of an extra $30.00 . This was not mentioned in our booking fee and is not right. We parked on the property (outside) that we already paid for. In all of our hotel stays we have never been charged extra at the desk upon arrival, after paying our total fee at time of booking. Not nice and very dishonest business.
