This last visit was a disappointment for us. The hot tub was literally ice cold. Could not be used. We did not have enough hot water for 3 showers in our room after the trip to the “not” hot tub. Needless to say, a cold shower is not what you want in December. And finally our television did not work and although maintenance tried, it simply would not bring in a clear picture or allow channel changes. So all in all, this trip left a lot to be desired.
