"We found multiple spiders in our room, spider webs in most corners of the ceiling, and areas that has not been dusted for awhile. Windows were quite dirty. Staff seemed unprofessional, not welcoming or friendly. Disappointed in the accommodations.. have always had good experiences with best western ..."
