Room was clean but very small - the bathroom was extremely tight. Thank goodness I could open the window, as the heat was on for every room in the hotel - it was very hot. The front desk was very nice and turned off the heat to my room.

Cannot believe check out time is 10am. Request late check out, cost 2000 yen per hour. Water only supply at first day even long stay for a week. Request twin beds. No reply from hotel at all. They try to charge us 10000 yen more than what we offer from hotel.com. Good thing we print out to prove ourself.

The room was a standard Japanese business hotel room. Small, but fine for two people. The bed was definitely the most comfortable bed I've had in Japan, so that was nice. I did not appreciate not being able to control the AC however. The building was very warm and I cannot sleep I'm hot. We had the windows opened, which helped, but then we could hear everything outside. That is my only complaint though.
