Boasting over 4 pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.
Home is located within a close proximity to indoor/outdoor water parks ( Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, Camelback ) skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, stadiums, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR, casinos and more.

Living areas: Couches and air mattresses
( We also keep a queen air mattress on premises if needed )
All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioning and heat throughout the house.

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.
***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. Great house, very clean and in a good neighborhood. All questions that we had were answered very quickly. Everything that was needed was provided. Check In went smoothly and when we needed help the owner was easily reached. Wonderful time spent for 3 weeks!
