Set directly on the water in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, this spacious home combines a private pool, an indoor game room, and an open-concept living area—making it ideal for families and small groups.

Inside, you’ll find a bright kitchen with an island and dining space that flows seamlessly into the living room, complete with a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. The game room features a pool table and foosball table, giving kids and adults plenty to do when they’re not outside enjoying the lake. Bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units, while the main living spaces offer comfortable climate control throughout the seasons.

Step outside to enjoy outdoor living space with a fire pit and grill, perfect for evenings by the water. Guests also have access to sport courts, parks and picnic areas within a gated community. Enjoy a stress-free Pocono getaway that balances comfort, fun, and natural beauty.

Pool Access: The private community pool requires daily passes that we don't provide. You are invited to to use the pool during your stay. Pool passes are $12 per guest, per day. If you'd like pool access, let us know, and we’ll direct you to the visitor’s office so that you can purchase passes after arrival. All other community amenities are open access and included in your reservation.
