We had no cold water in the sink. The elevators were not working. We can't watch the Us open in our room because we don't have the channel. And the internet was not very good. The staff was really professional and a big thank youvto the driver who bring us to the airport.

The beds and bedding are divine. Not really able to plug in electronics to charge if you forgot a plug as no USB ports. Staff are friendly but done give you a lot of info about the hotel or the area, so do your own research

Gym and pool was really nice to have in the hotel Nothing to worry about but the door handle was about to fall off in the bathroom
