It was a big ordeal and struggle to get checked in, none of the debit machines worked. Was an hour at the desk after being on the go all day. More customers came to the desk with issues and similar problems, even they had debit problems and it was somehow the customers problems. Room however was clean and comfy. We didn’t eat there as we were up early and gone.

When I arrived there are three people in front of me it took me over 20 minutes to get checked in. Two of the people were signing up for their little awards card and she had in her all the information. Meanwhile I have a screaming 1-year-old in the car wanting to freaking go to bed not a good check-in

For a Hilton it was a bit meh. The room was nice enough but didn’t have hot water this morning, someone asked to come in our room to check wifi signal which was strange and little things like mouldy caulking aren’t to be expected at the Hilton. The restaurant meal was horrible, we sent food back and ice liter
