If you need to stay in the downtown area this hotel is a good choice. It is clean and the staff is friendly. One thing to note that this hotel does have a good amount of interior rooms with either windows facing into the hallway or none at all. It seems that double rooms are the only rooms that have windows facing the main road, so remember that when booking. I personally do not mind a cave-like room. I was only supposed to stay one night but ended up missing my flight and had to book another night, and they honored my previous night's rate which was nice. My one suggestion would be to carpet the hallways. The hotel was not full so noise wasn't a big issue, but whenever there was anyone in the hallway the tile floors made every voice and step echo right into my room. With more guests I can imagine this would be very disruptive. Overall, a very good and comfortable stay.

Felt very rushed to check out of tge room at 11am, even though i did not ger there till midnight, only 12 hours ealier. Staff vehemently refused to give me even15 minutes extra grace period to shower and vacate the room. I had to pretty much put my clothes on my wet body and go to the lobby to check out.

I loved this hotel. everythinf is very good, staff is prefessional. I got the room without windows so it was hard to wake up because it was complete darkness so if it's important for you, ask at the just check in. overall, I loved the place, the location and the amenities. Recomend to go to Piedra Santa restaurant (2-3 minute walk), where you can try grasshpopers in avocado smash and octopus tacos and also a speak easy bar with mixology drinks called Border Bloom (1 minute walk)
