Love the hotel but hate that they charge you if you want to have your room before 3:00pm even if the hotel is empty. I arrived after 1:00 pm and they wouldn’t give me my room

October 2025, staff were all very courteous. Room was clean. Interior room offered little natural light, but was exceptionally quiet for a downtown TJ hotel. Top floor patio/restaurant/bar offered open space and view of downtown. Parking was secure and well lighted but with very limited space, if you arrive late parking availability might be a challenge. Hotel is within walking distance of Revolución Ave where all the classic restaurants, bars and shops are. It’s one block off the strip and some people might feel it’s a bit rough. WiFi worked great. Uber worked great. Tijuana has lots of energy and interest but also has a reputation— this puts you in the heart of the tourist zone for good or bad as you perceive it.
