The Staff at Ticuan is always very helpful and so inviting. Great place to stay when needing convinience near the border and breakfast is yummers. I appreciate the masseuse who is very knowledgeable of pressure points.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. I spent 2 nights. The rooms were clean n spacious. The bar downstairs had specials. The girl who checks in at night could be a lot nicer! I stayed on the 5th n 6th floor. Beware the windows open up w no screens or safety of any kind. Lol… (stay on 1st floor if you have children( . I will visit here again .

Room/Hotel were very good however noise from the street is very high and widows noise insulation was practically non-existent (the room was on the 6th floor). We didn’t sleep well.
