Upon arrival, the toilet looked dirty with hair on the tank and seat, etc. The floor, likewise. The bottom of the tub looked as if it hadn't been scrubbed out. The floor needed to be vacuumed. I brought my cleaning supplies and cleaned/disinfect

German roaches in the room. Saw one at night and woke up to three more crawling on the wall and my daughter’s pillow. Told the manager in the morning and he said, “it happens. They appear..”

We rated this 4 out of 5 due to some minor blemishes. Nothing that detracted from out stay / comfort. Staff was professional /Breakfast was good. We often wonder if management bothers to visit each room ( yes there are a lot of rooms ) about once a month just to see for themselves the specific conditions in each room = refrigerator / freezer condition for instance. We'll stay here again, David & Diana

We checked in, got our key and when we went into the room it smelled horrible. The pillow cases were mildewed, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the dresser drawers were broken. It was not somewhere I wanted to stay, so we went and checked out. It definitely needs some work.
