Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.
Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.
We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.
Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.
Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.
A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Beautiful house and excellent view. I had difficulty accessing the property as there were no instructions on how the fob worked with the panel on the wall. The owner did however call me back after several minutes..The house is situated on a very steep hill and having a fractured foot and wearing a cam boot it made things a little difficult.Despite this everything was perfect and I had a very enjoyable beach stay, thank you.

Perfect Getaway
The most beautiful house made a perfect getaway for a group. Located in a great town and situated up on a hill where you get breathtaking views. You can stay in and relax or head down the hill for great food and shopping. The house is clean and spacious with so many different areas to relax in and Jess and Jonas are wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. This is our 2nd stay here and will come again. Just beautiful.

Stayed at the property with family for the purpose of attending my youngest son’s wedding. First impression when walking through the front door was simply “Wow”. The design of the home and furnishings are high end but the view from the living room and all bedrooms is exceptional. Pool table was lots of fun for the boys. Fantastic location and well appointed property. Plenty of space for a large group with indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. Very steep driveway but the views from the top are gorgeous.
