Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Everything about the location was great except the renters below were aggressively loud and fighting. Got zero sleep and was even concerned for my 14yr old who was terrified. Contacted the owner and asked about loud noise policy and told them what happened. Assured me they were contacted and it wouldn’t happen again. But the next night same thing. Super loud and aggressive noises till about 2am. Hope the owner takes better action if it happens again to someone.
