Nice property and good sized villas with private pool. Made to order breakfast delivered to villa each morning was very good. Negatives are the location which is pretty far ride into Ubud and the room is very bright in morning due to no shades on the very large windows in primary bedroom. Only an issue if you want to sleep in a bit.
