Amazing property. We stayed in the two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with full kitchen and family room and were very comfortable. The accommodations were modern and clean. We really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. The view of Karioitahi beach was incredible. We really enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely return if back in Auckland area.

Room carpet needs cleaning to maintain the high standard of the hotel. From our room, the bathtub needs fixing especially when draining out the water. Cusions in our bedroom looks like it needs a good wash already. We paid a full breakfast buffet and it didn’t meet our expections from our previous Sofitel hotel breakfast buffet in other country. Over all, we had a good experience as a family.
