Hi Traveler, Thank you for your feedback, we do really appreciate it. We do apologise for the noise experience you had, due to our prime location, we can sometimes experience a bit of street noise , especially on the weekends. We are always happy to move your room to a different one if we can if you are experiencing any cleanliness issues or noise issue, just come and talk to our reception we will help any way we can. We do carry out regular thorough checks for bed bugs, and have so far not expedience them for a very long time. We do however sometimes see may small may flies that come in from the lake, they live for a very short time and are easy to confuse for bed bugs. please come and tell us immediately if you have any problems with the wildlife and we will happily clean or change your room. We hope you choose to stay with us again, we will do our best to make your stay comfortable and pleasing. Thanks again, Nomads Team
