The cleaning and breakfast staff was very nice and they did an awesome job! The girl at the front desk was horrible! Very rude, never around, she knowingly put us in a room right next to problem family that had been staying there for over a month that had several complaints about the family for noise, kids screaming etc. She didn't even care. The hotel is very old, bathroom is very small, carpet needs replacing, this is not nice as other BW Plus!

The front desk receptionist Andrea I believe her name was, was such a delight. Very respectful, kind and helpful. She made sure anytime she seen us she asked was everything going well and ok. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and also the breakfast in the morning. I will be booking again soon.

Hard mattresses.

Place was fine for location. Great breakfast. We did not like the mattresses. Hard as a rock and had difficulty sleeping.

The hotel is very old and is in need of an upgrade. Luckily, we got to the breakfast on time. Because people showed up at 945 and there was no more food. There was no fresh fruit. There was no drinking water. I had to go into the gym and use a water dispenser in the gym. The price was gaged because it was a Labor Day weekend.
