We had a mixed reaction to this house. On the one hand, it was as pictured but it lacked a lot of refinements one might expect. Basic things such as towel racks for bath towels, a coffee table on which to put drinks while watching TV, bedside tables (only two of the bedrooms had bedside tables, and a lack of bureaus in bedrooms which meant we needed to live out of our suitcases (although there was a lot of space for hang-up clothes. Closet doors were missing, the dining room table had a corner floating (unsupported by the frame) which led to drinks nearly spilling several times when a person leaded on that side of the table. Two of the dining room chairs were missing tabs on the bottom of the chairs so the chairs rocked back and forth. The kitchen had three can openers although only one actually opened cans. The pots/pans were scratched, some were bent (which made cooking more challenging), and the handles on several were loose. The tiles in the dining room area had a number of chips - not a problem but didn't help with the appearance esthetic. I could go on.On the positive side, the host was contacted about a lack of kitchen towels (he said there were two but none were found) and a lack of blankets on all but one bedroom and was responsive, buying and sending over several sets of new kitchen towels and some blankets (throw blankets rather than full-size blankets that fit beds but the intent was there).This residence has a lot of potential but still needs refinement
