Love my room and the pool so much I’m staying 2 extra nights! Very clean room and bathroom. Very quick communications from the property owner. No hot tub but the pool was warm enough to swim and I love having the entire thing screened in.

I'm so happy we stayed here instead of a motel. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the wifi connection, it was a bit glitchy, but not a big deal. The huge bed was comfortable and when we needed another blanket, I messaged the owner and someone delivered the blanket in 5 minutes. Air conditioner worked wonderfully. The pool area was so relaxing and inviting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much

The property was fine as a place to sleep and a central location in Tampa, but trying to communicate with the host was not fun. I asked for an additional night as I couldn’t edit the booking myself and was told yes. Then, a week before I left to get out there, I asked about the extra night, since I hadn’t seen anything in my inbox and was told it had been booked. I will say the host moved me to a different location that filled my needs, but when I went to actually enter the property, I realized I was sent the code to a different room on the same property. The next night, I had to text the host to ask for the code to get into the original property I had booked since the code wasn’t in any of the original instructions sent. The hosts account had originally said the host spoke English and Spanish, but clearly only speaks Spanish and minimal English, making it extremely hard to actually communicate.

This unit has roaches. I found a very large one in the bathroom. The units/houses in the surrounding area also played loud music at night. The unit looked exactly like what was offered, but I was disappointed with the actual experience.

Small cool place to stay that's 5 minutes from every thing. Loved the pool right outside the door, would definitely be great in the summertime. Bed was super comfy and host was very responsive. I have already recommended friends to stay there!

Perfect size

This is a perfect size for 1 person, maybe 2. The place was very clean and didn't have any bad odors (ie mildew, smoke). Bathroom was a little on small side, but I was there for less than 10 hrs.
