Couldn't open the door to the room, had to have the maintenance guy open the door twice. The room had a small kitchenette. I went to the store across the street and purchased some food to microwave. After I warmed the food up, I took so a portion to the table and left the rest on the countertop for later. When I went back to the kitchenette, the countertop was covered with cockroaches. It was disgusting!

Check-in was great. Love the staff the room was dirty. The door was dirty. I had to clean that. The room was very dusty. I had two shampoos in the room instead of shampoo condition, lotion. I have been in the cleaning industry for 14 years in my rooms have never looked like this. They need to put more love into the rooms.

First off, nothing about the place looked like the photos on the website. I arrived a bit early and was told my room wasn’t ready and to come back at 3pm. When I did return, the door was locked with a hand written note taped to it saying “Out for lunch.” I then proceed to look elsewhere but quickly found out there was nothing in the area available because of it being Valentine’s Day. Once I was forced to return, I discover that the one elevator did not work, the tv remote didn’t work, and the entire room was filthy and outdated. The staff were also quite rude. Also, throughout the night I could hear people screaming, coughing, etc. Many shady looking people lingering about made me feel ill at ease and unsafe.

Horrible. Door lock to room broken (dead bolt). Had to put room table up against the door. Room was nasty, dirty, and needed to be refurbished. Property grounds were filthy.

It was clean but it lacked essential items. There was no shower head, just the pipe sticking out of the wall. Even though it was an extended stay room, there were no dishes or cooking pans or silver ware in the room. We chose to stay only 1 night out of 3, and switched to a different hotel and location.

The dirt in some areas had been there for some time, the bed sheets had visible stains. But the cockroaches crawling on the beds made it the worst accommodation I have ever experienced

This room was the worst place we have ever stayed. Very filthy. Bugs dead and alive all over. Bed sheets and pillowcases were filthy, stuff on them that could be wiped off by hand, don’t know what it was. Couldn’t move in the room with the placement of the furniture, it was too crowded. It was a very cold night and the heater didn’t work correctly. There was so many things wrong with this place that I can’t even think of everything.

The room was terrible! Had to have the assistance manager to have housekeeping to clean the room after I was told the room was ready. They had to clean walls, floors, furniture, and the entire bathroom. Also, had maintenance come in to fix curtains and place missing handle on drawer. Happy this stay was very short, never again

They showed us two rooms - the first was pretty shabby and had no heat, and the maintenance guy they sent up spoke no English at all. The other - the beds were unmade and the mattresses were so badly stained I felt ill looking at them. Very bad vibe safety wise also. We left and are hoping for a refund. Do not book this place.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. The only thing was a little bad was the smell of cigarettes and the people next to me was noisy pass midnight. The place is close to airport. And there is places around to eat.

TRAVELERS BEWARE. Our room was a cockroach party. All over our clothes hung on the chair on the fridge, on the table. We had NO food in the room either. No front desk staff on over night if you need any help, just security officer.
