Left before breakfast and it was very clean and well kept hotel. Will absolutely stay here again if I need to be to the airport in the morning in Tampa. Was about 20 minutes away, lots of lights even at 4:00 a.m. but hotel was excellent for the value

First of all, I’d like to point out the parking details are misleading. As a customer, I’d prefer a not saying there would be additional parking charges instead of “Parking available”. That way I feel it’d be more transparent. Secondly, I would like to say if there are efforts made to address the issue with the stench in the elevator and in the hallways, that would aid in a better customer experience. Lastly, I would like to point out the flooring of the shower cubicle is very slippery, I think it is an important aspect that needs addressed. Other that the above, the hotel is pretty decent.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing! Nicest night check in ever- my girls loved her she was amazing with my littles. When we needed a new room with an extra bed, they were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel charges a parking fee for guests that varies in price based on vehicle and is NOT disclosed when booking— only disclosed upon arrival. This is an unfair practice as guests cannot cancel with a full refund. Hotel was nice but the location is questionable. Breakfast was out and needed refreshed with over an hour left of breakfast time. Muffins were out, gravy was shallow and burning at the sides, no eggs. Lots could be done better. Also, at check in the clerk told me to have a good night but had not told me my room or given me the keys. I had to ask for them at which time she told me she gave it to me— she had not. She figured it out and we finally got into our room.
