Toilet in first room overflowing, when asked for a plunger, front desk said we don't have one.
The microwave is full of rust from missing paint inside. No glass turntable

We stay here frequently and it is an economy hotel so you get what you pay for but this time it was rough. They put us in the back building and it was very dirty. The curtains were not attached to the rod, the shower and bathroom were in desperate need of a remodel and the ceiling had a once inch crack that ran the length of the room and even into the bathroom. The room and entire building had a nasty odor like mold or something. This is probably the tenth time my wife and I have stayed there but I don’t think I will take that gamble again. I should say the house keeping staff was very friendly which helped the rating. It must be hard to clean a dilapidated room.

I enjoyed staying at this property. I haven’t stayed here since July 2024. What brought me back to this same hotel was the budget friendly cost and excellent customer service. Property was clean, staff was nice, and there’s a myriad of dining options nearby. You can’t find no better property to stay. I definitely will be returning back to this property for my future stay.

The motel is nasty and smelly. The rooms are unclean with severe dirty linen on the bed with brown and black spots. The motel is a scam on all fronts with staff at front desk untruthful about phone not working when Expedia was calling regarding my cancellation. I watched the phone line light up until I made the staff pick up the phone and it was Expedia. Need not be on Expedia for hotel stay.

When I checked in, I told the front desk reception that I will be checking out at 3am instead of 11am on Saturday morning. The guy told me it would be ok, just come and show them my ID and I will receive my deposit at checkout. No one was at the front desk to check me out. I called the numbers they had available to reach out to someone, and no one answered or has even returned my calls or voicemail. I left the keys rap up in a note and threw it through the lobby side window.
