It was lipstick on a pig. First, we were switched to a different house. 4bd 2ba no hot tub, same price. Residue from previous renters on the dining table, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counters needed to be cleaned so I went and bought cleaning supplies. Condensation from the HVAC seeped under the vinyl flooring making mold grow in the cracks of the floor and you'd feel the wetness when walking around with no shoes. It was like staying in a flipped house off HGTV and it wasn't done professionally. It was a ghetto Cuban neighborhood. However, the neighbors were quiet on that side of the street. Minded their own business and didn't have any issues with a nice rental car parked on the street. Would've been nice to have toiletries. Ended up buying new towels and stuff too. Overall it was ok because I grew up poor and this wasn't a dump in the hood. It was a skin deep renovation and functioned for us to sleep and shower without a hotel or condo feel. 2/5 stars is realistic.
