Nice clean property. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great place to stay for a visit to Moffett, USF or theme park. Parking was a bit tight but manageable. Didn’t realize small charge for parking but reasonable and I just missed it in notes.

Great location

Went for a concert at the Yuengling Center with my daughters. Staff was friendly, close to USF and mins away from venue. The neighborhood around the hotel was a little rough but felt safe even walking in from the parking lot at 1am. Everything was well lit and secure. We stopped at the little restaurant prior to heading to the concert. Give yourself extra time everything is made al a carte. We had the flatbread pizzas and they were made fresh and delicious. Plan on returning to this hotel when we go to Busch Gardens.

Do not go there!!

Don’t go to this place. First, they always try to change your reservation saying they are overbooked. They did it twice to me, last time I didn’t accept one king bedroom when I booked months in advance a double bed for 3 adults. Then, the room had a horrible smell, it didn’t have carpet, so that bad smell comes from the beds. The bedsheets looked like somebody slept there and the cleaning ladies didn’t change it ay all. I had to buy a febreeze and put all over the room. But the worst thing was those beds have bed bugs, next day I had a really bad rash, I had to go to the Urgent care, I got a prescription for pills and a cream but it’s a week already and the rash doesn’t disappear yet. My daughter goes to USF, so the hotel is really convenient since is right in front, but the conditions of this hotel are not good. Really bad experience!!

Stay was good the staff was very nice and friendly its also pet friendly as well. I just didn't like my microwave wasn't working properly and when I ran out of body wash staff tried to give me hand soap to shower with.
