The flush handle on the toilet was loose and tricky to use to flush the toilet. We reported this during checkout and staff were very appreciative that we made the report and assured us that the repairs would be made immediately. We were very satisfied with the service at this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The room was smaller, but they made very good use of the space with a closet organizer that held the microwave and fridge, ironing board, and a place to hang your clothes. They used a barn door for the bathroom which was genius. The bathroom was very clean, great lighting, spacious. It was a great room/hotel after a very long day of traveling. The hotel was close to everything, i.e. restaurants, the mall, etc.

We arrived the hotel after a cruise thinking that we would have to wait for hours to get a room. The friendly staff at the front desk was gracious to make arrangements so we didn’t have to wait for our room. Room was clean and spotless.
