Reception at the front desk was exceptional. However, the place overall was very dicey. It looks more like a place where Wellington people are housed. Everything is old and rundown, and has an overall smell in very very lived in. Windows were dirty. Beds and rain however we’re clean, and serve the purpose for a much-needed nap.

The bathroom was so filthy, We'd showered, and when we woke up, de cockroaches were crawling out of the drain they were walking in the bathtub. But it was so early, we had to leave for the airport, that the lobby wasn't open yet to file a complaint. Also the floor was also very dirty. We will never stay there again. The staff was friendly when we checked in.

Nothing was supplied, no shampoo , no hair dryer, no breakfast. Completely unacceptable not to inform guests that the hotel is going out of business and use that as an excuse to not supply basic item needed. The water pressure was unacceptable and the temperature did not stay consistent.
