Beautiful large apartment on Lake Ella. Two queen beds with private bath/private entrance. Full kitchenette, WIFI, dedicated workspace in central Tallahassee fronting on Lake Ella, a municipal park with a Fountain and walking trail around the lake. Beautiful/peaceful yard with outdoor sitting space. Fully equipped washer and dryer (shared) provided on site.

Safe shared parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

Midtown Tallahassee is a few blocks away offering wonderful local restaurants and night life.

Neighborhood description:
Lake Ella's part of Florida's "Old Spanish Trail," making it a great start for morning walks or jogs with a 0.6-mile paved walking trail that completely encircles the lake. The beautiful park features abundant wildlife, a pavilion, and shops making it a central place of activity for the city. There are also food truck Thursdays which usually have a live band. The American Legion (offering bands and dancing) and Black Dog cafes are steps away around the lake. There are also a dozen other shops and restaurants nearby!

Getting around:
Personal cars are welcomed but might not be needed if you plan to stay local. Commercial transportation is available via your app, and taxis are a phone call away. Nearby businesses within walking (or biking) distance include Publix, UPS, CVS, a bike shop to name a few.

Beautiful place!

My host was very attentive to my requests. Everything was there that I needed. A nice walk around the lake was just steps outside the door. Convenient to everything in Tally. I will be back!

Excellent location, pretty lake and cool ducks

Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to.
