The staff was friendly and property was new but my room had some bad carpet stains already that needed to be removed. I also did not love the coffee, it was a little weak. I think the area is up and coming and could have a really cool vibe but needs a few more storefronts to explore.

When we first arrived, we were frustrated that police cars were blocking off the road to get to the hotel due to a large event near by with hundreds or thousands of college aged people all around… we turned around and tried to get in another way then came back and was not blocked off…we tried to get a parking spot but was full and the security guard showed us an overflow parking lot which Was good… but

Parking and security situation was completely unacceptable. I am handicapped. There was only one open handicap spot. The rest were filled with cars that did not have proper handicap authorization. The security guard instructed my wife to park across the street when there was an empty slot next to him. None of the security performed any security task other than making sure that we had paid to stay in the parking lot. The security and traffic management of the people around the hotel which poor. It did not feel safe in the parking lot or surrounding the building after dark.

Nice modern look. Clean room . We upgraded to bigger room . Kitchen with island , seating area with sofa bed . Reversible TV between bedroom and living room . Nice large bath with walk in shower.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I will be staying there again in the future when I visit my daughter at FSU.

Our room was not ready and after we waited for 10 minutes they offered us free snacks from the store and upgraded us to a bigger suite.
