I love this hotel. Great location, very clean and the staff are super nice. However, Labor Day weekend cost was extremely expensive.

I would say the stay was average. We had to move rooms b/c of a leak in the A/C that soaked the carpet, they moved us right away into a new room and gave us a credit! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were not very comfy. The rooms were immaculate.

The staff was very helpful and nice when greeting us at check in. The hotel overall was good. It was cool in the lobby. Our room Was on the 4th floor & when you got off on the elevator on that floor it was really hot & stuffy. I think that in turn affected our room. The air conditioner seemed to be working, but it was stuffy and hot in the area of the room near the hallway. Not sure if they were having AC issues or if was only the 4th floor. But that made the room slightly uncomfortable for the night. And it seemed strange that we were charged $3 ti park in an open parking lot. Just odd. Not sure I would stay here again. I have stayed at many very comfortable Springhill Suites.

Moving daughter to Tallahassee

Stayed for 3 nights getting daughter settled in new apartment. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with excellent, kind staff in that area. Will stay here again.

Staff were extremely nice. Pool was amazing for my 3 children. Property was close to shopping areas and places to eat so we didnt have to drive far. We were allowed to use the dumpster as to keep majority of that service off of the housekeepers. I definitely didn't mind considering the travel with 3 children, my mom and myself.
