Well appointed, modern town home.

The property is just as advertised. It is modern and updated with quality finishes. The property was very clean and well maintained. The check in procedure was easy and seamless and the host was communicated proactively and was hospitable. It all added up to an enjoyable stay for our family.

Rooftop Lounge

Great property. We were in town to attend my son’s graduation. It was the perfect spot to host a celebration after the event. We really enjoyed the rooftop space. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Convenient location. And easy to check-in with digital access. The owner was easy to contact and went out of his way to accelerate the turnaround process so we could check in early. Highly recommend this property.

Nice but ...

No extra pillows, 4 plates,4 forks, 4 cups, 4 towels, no trash bags. Didn't like the Black sheets. You basically have to buy everything to stay there. The Fan/light remotes are linked so when you turn fan or light on in your room the upstairs rooms also go on. We suspect i the remotes are linked with the neighbors fan install as well. Overall a nice place thought. Great rooftop.

The hosts were responsive and accommodated a last-minute booking, which we appreciated. However, the property did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. If they did not have time for the quick turn around, we would have preferred they just be honest and decline as many other hosts did that day. The shag rug in the living area appeared to have debris and hair trapped throughout it and did not feel hygienic. The sofa also appeared to need a deep cleaning. I communicated these concerns and received a quick response. A cleaner was offered, but the proposed solution was for someone to come late at night to inspect the issues and schedule a later cleaning. Since we had already unpacked and would have needed to leave with our belongings and dog, this was not a practical solution for us. No other solution was given. The hot water never became very hot during our stay. Hot water is a big thing for me. It did get luke warm, but it was definitely not hot. While the listing sleeps six, the living room seating comfortably accommodates only about three people. The backyard was also full of construction supplies. The surrounding area was quiet, but there was noticeable litter near the unit. It looked like an area where frequent dumping may occur.Overall, the hosts were quick to communicate, but the cleanliness and comfort issues significantly affected our experience.If the hosts deep clean the sofa and remove the shag rug, it would be very beneficial.
