Room had drink rings on the dresser that hadn’t been cleaned. Pool was broken, multiple pieces of equipment in the gym were broken and out of order. Even the sign in the elevator “apologizing for the inconvience” was misspelled (spelled it like it was in the elevaor)

The thermostat was very wonky and twice my room was freezing - 61 and 63. The window unit is tied in with the thermostat, but they are not very compatible. My room wasn't cleaned on my 2nd evening - trash not picked up, bed not made and coffee not replenished.

The location is what drives me to the hotel. It is by far the best location when in Tallahassee. The lobby is beautiful. It’s nice to have a parking garage, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. There was many chips and stains and broken things in the room and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Good location with many restaurants in walking distance. We stayed over the weekend and street parking was free and easy to find. Furniture was a little tired (one drawer broken) but we were happy with the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. AC didn’t work well but it wasn’t a big deal with mild weather. We had a few drinks at the rooftop bar, which offers a very nice view especially at sunset. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Pros- Staff was friendly and helpful, bedding and pillows were great. price was good.shower was great Cons - treadmills down in fitness center, bathroom door was not on track and hard to close, no signage to tell you where the amenities were in the hotel (had to call to find out where fitness center was ) Not sure if the rooftop restaurant ever opened . The room could use a light near the door and a full size mirror. Too dark .
