The rooms were clean, big and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful and all around just amazing people.
You literally are about a 3 minute walk to universal studios and or the station with plenty of restaurants and shopping all around you.

This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station.The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use.
Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud and clear 😅
