Humble Boutique Hotel is conveniently located near to both the metro and bus stop, and is just minutes away from Xinyi. The service and facilities were excellent. Definitely my preferred place to stay when I am in Taipei

Swimming pool and Gym are good. But a room is a little bit small for me. If 2people stay the room, its not Enough space for put bags and put your clothes .

A wonderful staff. After arriving at the hotel after along flight, I left my phone in the taxi's cab. The hotel staff checked the cc-tv and got the license plate. And then found the contact information of the driver. They made sure to get my phone from him and deliver back to my room. The staff here went above and beyond and i am so thankful to them.

We made an honest mistake in booking Humble Boutique Hotel when we intended to reserve a room at Humble House. Unfortunately, we only realized the error upon checking in at Humble House. We immediately called Humble Boutique and emailed Hotels.com, hoping they would show some consideration by granting at least a partial refund for the 3rd and 4th nights of our booking. We recognize that the mistake was on our part and are prepared to shoulder a reasonable cost for it. But charging us for the full 4-night stay, without any consideration or flexibility, is excessive and unjustifiable. It’s disappointing that despite our immediate effort to rectify the situation, no accommodation was made Instead, we received a generic, impersonal response stating that it’s against their policy to issue a refund. What’s disappointing is that their policy supposedly allows cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in — yet in this case, we were denied any flexibility. Given the circumstances, we feel this was handled poorly and without regard for customer experience. Because of this, we will not be recommending this hotel, nor the booking platform, to others.
