From the first day to the last it was my privilege to stay with the excellent staff of this property. During my stay the front desk even acknowledged it was my birthday & surprised me with a card & a slice of cake. I was truly touched. Thankyou guys.

Haunted Hotel

The room was very small and cramped for two pax and we hardly had space to open our luggages. We were initially allocated a room at level 6 and was told to change rooms few days later due to their “emergency” maintenance work (unexplained). This has caused a lot of inconvenience to us and other affected residents on the same floor. We were given another room at level 2 which was potentially haunted. We can always hear knocking or things dropping sound coming from the toilet when there is no activity. This happens throughout the night. The sound insulation is also very bad during the day. Will not recommend anyone to stay in such a small and yet potentially haunted hotel given the fees they charged (not cheap).

Good: Location very convenient and staff were very friendly. Daily free cup noodles available for collection from 10pm to 12am. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Bad: Room a bit small (but toilet is too big). There is no wardrobe and insufficient hanger hooks to hang clothes. Free WiFi a bit slow.

Superb location & service

Property is in an excellent location with all types of food stalls within walking distance. MRT is right beside it. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Full amenities provided. Self-service laundry is free. The dining area at the basement is really useful for when we buy street food, can bring it back to eat in comfort. There's free video on demand as well which let us catch up on movies. Only complaint is the pillow as we're used to firm pillows at home. Also not sure about their recycling policies as no separate bin provided. But the room is small, so might be a space issue. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Excellent accomm less than 1 minute walk to Ximen station (gate 3), well placed for access to the local walking district and food offerings. The room we had was a bit small for 2 of us with large suitcases and the walls felt a bit thin but the service from the staff was impeccable. Also free noodles and use of laundry facilities. Recommend this place

The property is right next to exit 3 of Ximen Station so it is really convenient. The staff are always polite and helpful. The hotel room is clean and beds are comfortable, with 2 pillows for each person. Hotel also provides feebies like snacks, UCC coffee and there is a water dispenser at the lobby. It even provides instant noodles for supper! The only down side is that there aren't sufficient hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom and bedroom. Amazingly good value! Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and provided a lot of help. They contacted me to give me an accessible room since I walk with a cane. They would suggest places to eat and things to do. They give you a free umbrella to use. I used the shuttle (charge about 1200 TWD) to Taoyuan airport since a typhoon was coming in and I had a lot to carry, and it was worth the money. It's located right next to Ximending area and the Ximen Metro station so it was incredibly convenient. Would come back and stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you again!

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff is simply extraordinary. For example, when we would walk in the main doors, the staff would all rise to greet us with very welcoming smiles. They go above and beyond what could possibly be expected from a front desk. A request for nearby specific cuisine ideas gave us several pages of customized restaurant and night market recommendations with photos and personal thoughts. This was completely unexpected, and we were blown away. These pages are now souvenirs of our trip. We would easily give far more stars than the five maximum for the Staff & service rating. The rooms are clean and modern, albeit somewhat small by western standards. That said, we had plenty of room for two adults with medium sized checked airline baggage. Hotel amenities are great, such as free laundry, coffee, and tea in the basement lounge area which is available for relaxing before the (strict) 3:00 PM check-in. We cannot recommend this hotel and their staff & service enough. We plan to return to Taipei in the future and will definitely plan to stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional, they all spoke English as well. The location couldn’t have been better as you were steps away from the metro train, which was unbelievably convenient for getting around the city. Outstanding hotel for the Value.
