It worked
It was clean. The instructions on how to find it and placement of key were great.
The negatives, I did not think it was ok that were was used food left, such as opened bags of marshmallows, not only do I think this would bring in bugs but who would want something someone else that you do not know put their hands in to. Luckily this was a business trip and we did not make plans with friends, but we do alot, and it was not until the day before the trip that we received a 2 page email of all the rules this house had and that included that we could not have any guests over without paying extra for them to just be there. If this would have been a family trip this would have really hindered that, I think this should be let known during the cancellation time rather than last minute for people that are traveling to see guest. The host was nice but texted my husband the day before checkout to ask when they would be leaving as they have a bunch of places to clean, which I understand, but he had until 11 to check out and this made him feel like he was being pushed out early. We have used these types of services many times, with the cleaning fee we have never been advised to clean up everything afterwards and been told we are generously being provided one roll of toilet paper and we would have to provide our own after that.
This place was rented as a 3 bedroom but it is actually a 2 bedroom with futons in the living room, so maybe they are counting that as a 3rd room?
