Very nice place

We found the apartment very cute and comfortable for 3 people. It had all the conveniences need and the host(s) added some very nice touches as cookies, wine and others. It was also near restaurants, shopping and markets. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see.

L’appartamento si trova a poca distanza dal centro di Siracusa e in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge Ortigia. L’host ha predisposto la casa di ogni elemento necessario, ho visto poche soluzioni che fossero così organizzate con tutto ciò che può servire durante una permanenza di una settimana o più. L’unico neo è la gente che frequenta la via durante pomeriggio/sera per via del bar che fa angolo ma sia il proprietario di casa con la sua disponibilità che l’appartamento con i suoi comfort hanno reso la permanenza piacevole

Gut gelegene Stadtwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung von Andrea und Martina ist eine Stadtwohnung und befindet sich im Zentrum von Syrakus. Fußläufig ist die Altstadt, Ortigia, zu erreichen. Sie ist idealer Ausgangsort für Tagestouren nach Noto, Ragusa oder auch Agrigento.Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles mit viel Liebe auch zum Detail. Es ist so, wie es die Bilder im Netz zeigen. Wenn man das Haus betritt, befindet man sich im Küchen- und Esszimmerbereich. Danach folgen Wohnzimmer mit einem Computerarbeitsplatz, Badezimmer und ein Austritt in einen Innenhof. Über eine Wendeltreppe kommt man in das Schlafzimmer mit Ankleidebereich.Obwohl man sich in der Stadt befindet, haben wir jeden Tag einen Parkplatz in Wohnungsnähe bekommen.Andrea ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der seine Gäste gerne mit landestypischen Leckereien verwöhnt.

Ottima sistemazione e perfetto padrone di casa

L'appartamento è una chicca: spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i servizi immaginabili (persino 2 mountain bike a disposizione). Andrea è il numero uno: si prende cura dei suoi ospiti dalla prenotazione al checkout. Sempre disponibile ad aiutare anche in contesti che esulano dall'affitto dell'appartamento.
