bedingt durch die Ankunft der Fähre in Palermo waren wir erst sehr spät am Ferienhaus. Der Check-in hat dennoch wunderbar geklappt. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Das Objekt inkl. Pool war sehr sauber. Durch den Standort inmitten von Plantagen war es ruhig. Es hat somit auch niemanden gestört, dass unsere Hunde auch mal gebellt haben und ihren Spaß hatten. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt, waren jeden Tag im Pool und haben abends gegrillt.

De matrassen van de éénpersoonsbedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Spijtig genoeg hebben we die niet gekregen tijdens ons 10-daags verblijf, ook al hebben we dat al na 1 nacht gemeld. Ook de badkamer, met een mini-douche, en de potten-en pannenset mogen dringend ge-update worden. Buiten dit is het een prachtig domein, rustig en verzorgd en hebben we genoten van het zwembad, de tuin en de bbq.

das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. In Bezug auf die Ausstattung gibt es nicht zu bemängeln und entspricht genau der Objektbeschreibung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Ein absolutes Objekt der Ruhe. Hier kann man sich kpl. gehen lassen und entspannen. Ideal auch für Fam. mit Kindern, da man von der Terasse auch den kpl. Pool im Blick hat.

Die Anreise verlief sehr gut. Die Bilder auf der Website von Belvilla zeigen genau, was Sie bekommen. Kleine Badezimmergröße ist auf den Fotos gezeigt, keine Klimaanlage, aber auch keine Fliegenfenster, so dass Sie nichts öffnen können, um abzukühlen, ohne die Moskitos hereinzulassen. Für den Rest ein nettes schönes Haus und Andrea, der Besitzer, ist wirklich ein Top-Typ. Wir mussten ihn regelmäßig wegen der Umstände belästigen (er hatte nichts mit Jet-Aufenthalt zu tun) und er half uns immer so gut wie möglich.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut. Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit schöner Aussicht. Haus ist in Ordnung, nur die Dusche ist ein bisschen eng, aber das sollte den Spaß im Vergleich zu allen anderen Vorteilen nicht verderben. Schöner Pool, schöne Veranda, einfach nur genießen! Auto ist zu empfehlen. Sicher lohnt es sich zu wiederholen.

Die Begrüßung von Andrea ist perfekt und er spricht gut Englisch. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Zitrusfrüchten ruhig. Ohne Andrea ist es nicht in Eile zu finden. Ohne luxuriös zu sein ist eine exzellente Unterkunft als großes Plus Pool. Die Gegend hat viel zu tun und zu sehen, aber es ist keine Strafe einen Tag in Ihrem eigenen Pool zu bleiben.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Villa. Es begann mit einem schönen herzlichen Empfang des Besitzers. Er holte uns vom einfachen Penny Market zu finden und bringt Sie in die Villa und alles beginnt von der Villa zu erklären und das nächste Dorf Florida. Alles war gut organisiert. In der Villa alles war sauber und gut funktionierend. Draußen gibt es viel Platz zum Entspannen und schwimmen. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die Früchte am Baum waren reif und sehr schmackhaft.

Fein vor Kontakt mit dem Vermieter der Ankunft ging, vereinbart in einem Supermarkt auf dem Parkplatz in Floridia. War in Ordnung, weil die Lage des Hauses im ländlichen Gebiet mit vielen Zitrusbäumen. Ferien die Erwartungen erfüllt, schönen großen Garten mit Pool. Dusche / WC war in der Tat eng wie in früheren Kommentaren angezeigt. Wir genossen den Pool, weil es angenehm temperiert war. Syracuse, sehr schöne Stadt, gut bedient etwa 15 Kilometer. Wir haben auch Ausflüge zu anderen Orten in der Umgebung wie Noto und Modica und Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit frischem Brot Bäcker Amato von Floridia.

Die Begrüßung durch den Geschäftsführer, Andrea, war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Er ist auch sehr hilfreich. Das Haus befindet sich sehr weit von der Zivilisation. Es ist nicht in der Nähe von Syrakus, aber nicht in der Nähe von Floridia. Es ist ein gutes Zuhause, wenn Sie zufrieden mit allen Bewohnern in einem kleinen und begrenzten Badezimmer sind. Der Pool ist in Ordnung, und es gibt WiFi in und um das Haus.
