I like the hotel but this time around the bed was quite uncomfortable due to it being two single beds being pushed together. Also the pillows were very small and not comfortable. The breakfast this time however was quite nice and I enjoyed it

Not happy with the room ,most rooms have sky tv ,my room didn't, plus no bath ,i love a hot bath after a cold at work ,all the other times I've stopped there was ffine .

Cancelled on the morning - offered the Holiday Inn. A shame stayed there 10 plus times in the past, and referred people there. Was my choice of Hotel in Swindon - not anymore. Obviously didn’t like the room rate I had got.

Can’t understand why a digital check in ?makes no sense with 2 staff to guide you through it ,however ,room was clean and comfortable,gloomy lighting though and the breakfast was lukewarm on both mornings x pity really because it was well presented and the dining room pleasant .
