The hotel was unique and quirky, the decor was completely different to anything else and a lot of thought and effort had gone into the individuality of the rooms! Bed was so comfy and the rain shower was so refreshing…..after a long wet walk up Pen Y Fan it was more than appreciated! Had a breakfast and an evening meal in the Peny Cae Inn, which we couldn’t fault in anyway, the food was amazing and the staff were so attentive and welcoming it was lovely!! Overall a truly wonderful stay and would highly reccomend!

What can I say, we had a very nice stay at the sleeping giant. The room was modern, warm and comfortable. The bedding washood quality, nice and clean. Good comfy pillows. luxury shower. Staff were really nice and attentive, the breakfast was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was lovely with high end furnishings and facilities and large enough for our family of four. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food at the pub was delicious and the animals were a particular highlight for our children as well, especially Ronnie and Reggie, the talking parrots. The hotel was well located with ample parking and there was plenty to do within close distance, including the Show Caves which was a great day out. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Sleeping Giant. Check in was easy and straightforward, the room was of exceptionally high standard with attention to detail and everything thought of for the customer. Plenty of choice for evening meal which was again of high standard and the staff were knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. Good choice for breakfast, again of very good quality and reasonably priced. Location was absolutely perfect, complete with a mini zoo. Owners should be proud of what they have achieved. Would definitely recommend, and will be visiting again, several times

I have stayed at the Sleeping Giant several times. All the rooms are superb, and having a great restaurant is a bonus. I have stayed in different rooms; the bigger ones are really special. All have air conditioning and outdoor sitting areas. The area around is also stunning.

Excellent location to visit many parts of Bannu and waterfalls.The room was an excellent size, clean and to a high standard. The bed was so comfortable, no issues at all. There is a lovely little zoo which is free to walk around and there is a pub which serves food; breakfast is available at an extra charge. Highly recommend, will return.
