Room was adequate but old - we stayed for a week and the room was not serviced or rubbish removed during this time - this was standard as per the booklet in the room - Overall you get what you pay for

Poor customer service, walk in booking the room double more then hotel.com , trying charge for book in 2adult didn’t write down 2 years old and 3 years old kids, we are asking how much to charge for that , she didn’t answer it and keep asking our card details, we don’t mind extra charge , but at least talk nicely not like want to rip off people

Clean, great service - everything you want from an overnight motel stay. Easy check in and check out. We were able to check in early as we’d arrived from Melbourne before check in time. Highly recommend.

The service was good, location ok. Everything was showing its age and the room was small with narrow opening to bathroom. Overall, reasonable value but not my favourite.

The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. The windows wouldn’t shut let alone lock, the tiles in the shower had stained grout and some were broken, the freezer in the fridge was covered in thick ice and half of the lights didn’t work. The street noise and noise from the neighbouring room made it difficult to sleep. The only Plus was the beds were comfortable.

After a quick check in we were a bit concerned about the outside look but once inside found it to be ok, 2 queen beds which were very comfortable and clean, we only used one. The bathroom was a bit tired but adequate with decent toilet paper ( so many motels use the cheap and thin rolls) which was a plus. Very good value and reasonably central. Would recommend for a short stay

The tv and shower were good but basically everything else wasn't. The fridge didn't work & there was a dangerous looking cord coming out of it. My milk & takeaway leftovers froze in the fridge. I told the Asian owner and he didn't do anything about the fridge. The cutlery & plates smelt musty, the bathroom entrance was extremely narrow. Something fell off the shower wall whilst we were trying to relax. The bed was quite hard. There was no heater. I wouldn't recommend the accommodation.

Okay for an overnight stay.

Staff left our key out so we could check in late which was handy, however it was just left on the counter in an unlocked reception with my name on it, so anyone could have taken it. Reception is not staffed during the listed hours, just left unlocked. Comfortable bed, with dual electric blankets, however one side of the bed's electric blanket did not work. No power plugs near the beds, no bedside table lamp, and the fluro light tubes were half working, occasionally turning off and on randomly. Shower wasn't great, nice and hot, but poor water pressure and a very cramped bathroom with no extraction fan to stop the mirror fogging up. Overall was an okay stay, location was good and it did the job for a cheap price, but not as nice as I had been lead to believe.
