We had made reservations for a later time and when we tried to change it online they did not have availability. So then we called the restaurant directly and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She moved things around to fit us at an earlier time and she went above and beyond. Very accommodating. The food was amazing, the grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back!

First time staying here, and ehh. It's okay. I am not sure if I will ever return. I enjoyed the peace and quiet however there are some flaws I did come across.. - Very poor lighting throughout the common areas of the property. If you don't know where you are going, you will get lost. (I tried looking for a map on the website, but couldn't find one.?) A major safety hazard; Not ADA friendly at night. - The size of the TV did not size up to the room. The TV was less than 32". The bathroom faucet was not the right one installed. Water splashes outside the bowl. The black stool for the makeup station was old, and dirty. The hotel staff were very friendly however! And the pillows were comfy! I give them a AAA rating for that. I would suggest to the owners to take care of the grounds more. Install new plants that match the scenery, improve lighting, pressure wash the walkways, and cover any dirt areas will rocks. I highly recommend a visit to wine and roses resort and hotel and spa. The spa experience was absolutely beautiful, perfect, and very relaxing and tranquil. Our hotel room was beautiful and had everything you could need. I can’t say enough about the grounds of the resort itself. It was so aesthetically put together, which gave you a feeling of being 100 miles away from a city with a wonderful experience and I hope you take it opportunity to visit and experience this for yourself.

Such a lovely place. The hostess at check in was wonderful and so friendly. Had bar bites for dinner and they were just amazing. Room was great
