They were very rude to us, especially since I’m a Ing member. Had requested ground floor since we are handicapped with a king bed and walk in shower. Didn’t get it, couldn’t show us a map of where are room was.

The staff was great and tried to do what they could but they had a birthday party event and the had blasting music where the bass was shaking the whole building until way past 10pm. Our kids couldn’t get to sleep and it was thumping our room until extremely late and people were outside our room extremely loud off and on all night from the party.

I booked online for a two night stay that would total around $265. The hotel was chosen because it was "pet friendly". At check-in I learned that there was a $55 per night fee for having a pet, which took my total for two nights over $400. This slight of hand is not acceptable!
