We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean, the coffee was great as was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very mice and check in and out was easy. We will stay here again!

The check in staff is friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is looking old and the decor is outdated and tired looking. There was a lot of light from the hallway coming into the room from the bottom of the door, which made it hard to sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location in Elk Grove is a nice and safe to walk around with my dog, which is was I was looking for. It’s ok for one night passing through. Be aware they charge a $150 deposit when checking in although my room was already paid for.

The first room had an issue with no hot water but they moved me into another room and there were no further problems. The staff were excellent. Vivian or Kimberly were great.......I may have messed up the names. They were the night desk staff.

For the most part the room was clean however we didn't have a light over the sink which made it hard for those who need that extra light due to poor vision. The hot water in the shower was ice cold the first day. The front desk sent a request for maintenance to fix. The problem was fixed but you still had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to get hot and it turned cold again after 5 minutes in the shower.
