"This was practically the Bates Motel. Run down. NO DEADBOLTS on the doors. We literally wedged a chair under our doorknob at night. Freezer in the room fridge was iced up solid. Room clean, more or less. Shower smelled like urine. Toilet was so low to the ground me knees practically gave out trying ..."
