Great room for the price

Check in was quick easy and extremely friendly. Property was clean and quiet. Room was comfortable clean and well thought out with amenities. Only complaint WiFi was iffy or non-existent. Would not stay connected on the phones and the TV has Roku streaming and that would either not connect or intermediately connect. Had to hot spot my phone to watch TV. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pet friendly motel with an amazing owner

Rolling Hills Motel is what you would expect for a motel, except they have something other places don’t…. That’s Nikki!!! She was amazing. Even before we got there she was communicating with us about the check in process. Everything was fresh and clean. I even saw her cleaning the rooms and doing the laundry! The rooms were very clean and well thought out. She left us little shampoo bottles and soaps and all the things a fancy hotel would leave you. And if you have a pet they are pet friendly as well! Bottom line is we would stay here again if in the area!

Looks can be deceiving!

We initially said the room looked nice when we walked in and as we started to take our time to bring in what we needed, we noticed an issue with the air conditioning: it didnt stay on no matter what we did to it including re-setting the thermostat. Then the king size bed was extremely hard. Neither my husband nor myself could get comfortable enough on it; tossing and turning all night. Then in the morning the coffee machine didnt work-- it was a Keurig and we thought it would be great, but the machine was set for de-scale and we couldnt make it work at all for coffee. Total fail! The other thing is the owner told my husband on check-in, that if we left a poop in the toilet, we would be charged an extra day! How random is that? Sad.

Quik stop

Cute motel. They add a lot of little homie items to make you feel comfortable. Flowers, signs, paintings. Cleanliness on first sight good. Then found a dead bug and a lot of dust on night stand. No outlets for electrical items, like phones computers or watches. They supply a hair dryer but no place to plug it. One outlet had a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and air conditioner. Electrical hazord there. We went out and purchased an extention cord and unplugged a lamp. Walls thin, you can hear other rooms, bed hard and no handicap rooms. No ice machine. Smoking was allowed outside room. Guests that seem to live there were sitting directly outside until late smoking and talking. The staff was lovely and in spite of everything we had a nice evening.

Nice staff, clean room

The room was super clean and updated. The young lady that checked me in was fantastic and so sweet. My only issue during my stay was there was no cold water in the shower for about 25 mins but overall I would definitely come back.

Great stay! The property manager was extremely kind and friendly. She even accommodated early check in. The rooms were extremely clean and updated! A great stay during transitioning apartments. 10/10 would recommend.

We were in town for a dance competition, my teen, myself and my 1 yr old. When we check in the woman at the front desk knew who we were when we walked in. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. We were leavin early in the mornings and getting back late at night and I never once felt like I had to worry about my safety.

Our official motel in north Jersey.

Nikki took excellent care of us while we stayed at her motel. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the older style roadside motel is a total classic! The fire pit is a nice touch too!
