From the friendly and helpful property manager to the views and the location. Fantastic property in a wonderfully quiet location. Walking distance to the cafes and surf club.

Key pickup was easy. Utopia Rentals were responsive to any questions. The unit is adequate in response to space and has some nice finishes (kitchen counters) but also needs some TLC ( fans in all spaces need cleaning) ensuite bath fan is disgusting. Doors need a good scrub. Views are beautiful from the suite!

Sunshine Beach bliss

Excellant apartment with awesome views. No air con was a shame but the position right in Sunshine Beach made up for it. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.
