The Space:

Ground level (level 1): Perfect for families or groups, the lower level offers a private retreat with its own lounge, two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, and a shared bathroom. This level also includes a convenient mini fridge—ideal for drinks and snacks. Enjoy direct access to the private pool and the beach through the courtyard, making it a perfect space for teens, extended family, or added privacy.

Level 2:
The second level features a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen with sleek stone benchtops and a Nespresso machine, flowing into a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning ocean views. Step out onto the expansive balcony, comfortably seating 10, and soak in the sea breeze. Guests will have access to the entire home along with access to a double, lock up garage. This property also provides full access to The Ramadas resort facilities, including a 60-metre lagoon style heated pool with children’s wading pool, a gym, an onsite restaurant and a poolside bar.

The Esplanade runs parallel to the beachfront, offering convenient parking and access to the beautiful Coastal Pathway, which stretches from Caloundra to Noosa—perfect for walking and biking. For those who enjoy a challenge, a short 5-minute drive takes you to the base of Mt Coolum, a popular spot for an energetic hike with stunning views from the top. The home is perfectly located just 5 minutes from Maroochydore Airport, making it easy to fly in and start your holiday right away. For those without a car, bus stops are conveniently nearby for easy access to local services, helping you avoid parking hassles. Other Things to Note:
*The home is spread over 3 levels plus the garage and the roof top terrace - while this abundance of space is great for most it does make it unsuitable for people who are unable to navigate stairs.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
