Property was very clean and staff was pleasant. Beds were hard and a little uncomfortable. Walls were a lil thin, could here noise from above us. Wasn't too bad as we weren't in our room much. Breakfast was ok to be included. Only 2 jets in the jacuzzi worked but was still able to enjoy it. We were there for a family reunion and we were central to everywhere we wanted to go. If i had the option for a softer bed, I'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel lobby is very modern, I loved the look on the outside. The inside of the rooms could be better, and the bathroom is a little outdated. During our stay ee woke up early on Saturday for the complimentary breakfast but we were told breakfast was not in service that morning. The front desk told us we could take anything from the pantry which was nice, but as we returned to our room later after stepping out to get breakfast somewhere else we see that breakfast was served around 10:30am. That was pretty disappointing. Other than that the stay was nice.

I am on a three week business trip to San Jose. Trying different hotels because I plan to be here often. I don't usually write reviews. I may have gotten a bad room, but I decided to write a review for this hotel. Terrible hotel for the price. The room is old, stained. It is not pleasant to be in the room. Dirty bathtub. Cleaning in the room was done very badly. The water in the bathtub takes forever to go away. Slow internet. There are two pluses staff and breakfast is not bad. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Adequate but way overpriced
The room was adequate- beds are hard- like sleeping on a ping pong table. The bathroom has not been updated for years- to the extent the sink was cracked. Requested housekeeping that never came. Given the issues, the rate and the additional charge for parking were ridiculous. Breakfast was awful, good only if you like rubber eggs. The lobby has been updated and that is lovely. There was lots of parking- but really should have been free. Really not great value
