This is a newer construction 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with all the amenities you'd expect in a great rental. We have a lovely screened in back porch area for your morning coffee or evening wine, a large fully fenced in back yard, and lots of common space for couples or families enjoying Charleston.

2. Though we have made an effort to make the property safe, it may not be perfect for families with very young kids.

3. We get our yard and house professionally treated by a pest control company, but this is still very much the deep south. During weather changes or rain fall you may on occasion see a bug or a mosquito. This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :)

Very satisfied!!

We were very please with our stay. Joseph, our host was very responsive and helpful. House was clean, very well equipped and a good location. Love the fenced in yard and screened in porch. Tv’s in all the bedrooms was a huge plus. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip!

4 men and a Blow up Mattress

I would like to make a suggestion, do not advertise that it sleeps (7) because you put a blow up mattress in the closet. It made it sound like you had a pull out sofa. We had four men and (3) beds, the blow up mattress was a disappointment
