There are two things I require when I book a site. They are WiFi and washer and dryer. These items were both listed at the property. When I got there, there was a sign on dryer sayin out of order. This broken dryer was known before my arrival but at no point was informed that the dryer was broken. The irony of this is that VRBO has a commercial with a similar situation. VRBO notifies a family that their hot tub is broken and moves them to a new. This certainly didn’t happen in my case. So I would trust that commercial that they care about broken appliances. No offer was made to reduce the cost of my rental even though the property listing was incorrect. Had the at least contacted me I could have made plans to deal with this.
