This is re-furbished property from the old "round" hotels. The facility is nice and the staff is well trained and motivated. The proximity is a bit isolated from FSU campus and town, but there is plenty of easy parking with easy come and go access. Rooms and public areas are nice and well kept. We would stay another time if back in this area.

Check-in was quick and easy, the room was the perfect size for our weekend trip and was very clean. The bar staff (forgot her name) was friendly and even remembered our drink order from the night before. Highly recommend this site.

Check-in was fast and easy, the rooms were extremely well cleaned and just the perfect size for our weekend stay. The bar staff (forgot her name, unfortunately) was amazing. Remembered our orders from the first night there. Definitely recommend this site.

The air in our room did not work. Our room stayed muggy. We asked on the first night to be moved to a different room and were told they would send maintenance first; they checked it out and said it was fine. When we asked them if the other room would be similar they said probably, so they didn’t think we should bother moving. This made us pretty uncomfortable the whole time when in our room. Otherwise, the staff everywhere were friendly, everything was clean, and the pool was very nice.

If you have to go to FSU .. this Hotel has the perfect location… less than a mile from FSU Very clean.. the staff was very kind and friendly They have amazing Lychee Martini at the bar .. breakfast was good ( opened until 11 am ) Strongly recommended .! Although there is no much to do in Tallahassee

No mattress cover or pad.

The room was comfortable but I do have a complaint regarding to one of the two beds NOT having a mattress cover/pad. While the sheets appeared clean, the mattress cover/pad is something that can be washed regularly. When no mattress pad/cover is present I am literally sleeping with only a thin sheet from a mattress which has probably had hundreds (if not thousands) of people sleep there. Mattresses are very difficult to "wash" and that's why hotels should always have mattress pads/covers on ALL beds. As I said, the one bed did have a pad/cover and I have NO IDEA why you would not have one on both beds. This was not something I appreciated at all and I would appreciate knowing WHY this was neglected.
